Always Ready AI operates missed-call text-back messaging on behalf of the local businesses named as the sender of each message. These terms describe what you will receive, how often, and how to stop.
You opt in by calling a participating business at its published phone number. If the business cannot answer, a short greeting lets you know it will text you back, and you receive one automated text at the number you called from, sent from the number you dialed.
The message reads:
Hi! You just called <Business Name> and we missed you. How can we help? Text us here and we'll get back to you right away. This is a one-time automated text; replies are answered by our automated assistant. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
No further messages are sent unless you reply. If you reply, an automated AI assistant and the business's staff respond about your request only. The assistant identifies itself as an AI; prices and appointment times are confirmed by the business.
One text per missed call, plus replies to messages you send. No marketing or promotional texts are sent under this program.
Reply STOP (or tell us in plain words to stop texting) to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts from that number. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@alwaysreadyai.com.
